A morning with Alexis Mourre

The President of the International Court of Arbitration, Alexis Mourre will visit Dublin on 2 May. Mr Mourre has participated as counsel or arbitrator in more than 230 arbitration proceedings under most international arbitration rules. He will be addressing the following topics such as the new ICC Rules effective 1 March 2017, the opening of a new ICC Case Management Offices, the global arbitration landscape, diversity in arbitration and the potential impact of Brexit on the arbitration landscape.

IRLI Commercial Law Update

IRLI is delighted to host again this year a CPD on Commercial Law. The event is at its fourth edition and proved to be very successful in the past, raising over €5,000 each time for the charity. The format of the seminar includes the presentation by eminent Senior Counsel and Solicitors of eight substantive papers prepared for them by specialist practitioners (junior counsel and solicitors) in particular areas of commercial law. These papers will be compiled into booklets and given to the attendees. It is an interesting format which has worked very well before.
