A detailed bill of Party & Party Costs has consistently shown to result in the optimum recovery of Party Costs, and at Lowes we offer the following fee structure for a limited period.

The professional fees of the legal costs accountant are claimed from the paying party as part of the Bill of Costs.

Circuit Court

Bill of Costs – personal injury actions up to €60,000

€495 plus VAT €608.85

High Court

Bill of Costs – personal injury actions up to €100,000

€495  plus VAT €608.85

Bill of Costs where Damages are between €100,001 to €350,000

€650 plus VAT €799.50

Bill of Costs where Damages are between €350,001 to €1,500,000

 €900 plus VAT €1,107
